It was just a fine choice for a momentary visit in Tokyo with very good value for money. The staff were extremely pleasant despite the owner's rude attitude which made things a little awkward. Be sure to bring your own meals, as breakfast isn't guaranteed.

A hidden gem in Asakusa
Waking up in a cozy tatami room, I soaked in breathtaking views from the rooftop onsen. The staff's warm hospitality made every moment special.
However, sound traveled easily from neighboring rooms during the night, interrupting my otherwise peaceful experience. It can get a bit noisy.

Had an amazing time with my friends! We visited the Senso-ji temple and took a calming stroll along the Sumida River. The rooms were comfy, and the onsen offered stunning views. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the breakfast was a tasty highlight! Just a heads up, the shower space is small, but that's to be expected. Would definitely recommend!
We did face a rude moment with the owner when asking for a bowl of rice for a sick friend, which was disappointing. It would have been nice to have a more welcoming vibe.

Staying here with my family, we loved that we had the chance to experience authentic Japanese-style rooms with tatami mats and futons. Plus, the location was fantastic, just a short walk to fabulous shopping and dining options, along with easy access to the temple.
My kids wished there were more facilities, like another washer and dryer, as it could get busy during peak times.
